Oriola has corrected previously reported financial information
Oriola has corrected previously reported consolidated figures due to a technical elimination error. The correction applies for previously published 2024, 2025 and 2026 quarterly and half-year figures.
The correction resulted in changes to the presentation of consolidated net sales and cost of goods sold due to adjustments made to the eliminations between segments. The correction has no impact on EBTIDA or profit for the period. This correction has no impact on Oriola’s financial targets, and no changes have been made to the reporting segments.
Attached to this release, Oriola provides restated quarterly financial information for H1 2026, 2025 and 2024. The financial information presented in this release are unaudited.
